Your snapshots
BranchCheck analyzes selected or pasted files in your browser memory. The application does not upload their contents, store them on our server, or persist them in browser storage. Clear the review or close the page to discard the in-memory snapshot. Files you downloaded remain on your device until you delete them.
Google Forms helper
The optional helper runs in your Google account, bound to the form you choose. It reads form titles, section titles, branching question text, choice labels and navigation settings. It does not read responses, modify your form, or send network requests to us. Google’s current-form permission allows broader access than the helper uses. Review the source code and the authorization prompt before running it. Remove the helper when no longer needed.
Hosting
This website uses Sites hosting. The hosting provider may process IP addresses and ordinary request logs to deliver and secure the website. We do not use advertising or marketing cookies. We collect limited first-party usage statistics as described below. Local file contents are not included in website requests.
Usage statistics
We record visits, demo use, helper requests, import attempts and outcomes, report downloads, print requests, and optional fixed-choice feedback. Each record contains an action name, demo/real mode, UTC date, a random page-session ID, a coarse source group (direct/unknown, Reddit, Google, Bing, or other), and a test flag. The session ID resets on page reload. It is not a persistent visitor identifier. We do not store names, emails, IP addresses, full referral URLs, form text, answers, file names, or error text in these records. Our hosting provider still handles ordinary network requests.
Records are kept for up to 90 days of reporting; older records are removed on the next collection request. Only the site owner can view the dashboard. Turn off usage sharing in the page footer; only this preference is saved in local browser storage. DNT and Global Privacy Control signals also disable collection. No cross-site tracking or fingerprinting is used. Blocking statistics does not affect the form checker.
Feedback
If you email us, your message and email address are processed by our email provider to let us respond. Do not send respondent data, secrets or confidential form content. For access or deletion requests relating to messages you sent, contact xujingwei0919@gmail.com.
Limitations
This is an independent early beta, not a Google product. Findings describe the imported structure, not verified respondent behavior. Dropdown routing and “Other” options can create incomplete coverage. Keep your original files and test the real form before sharing. No findings does not mean a form is correct, accessible or compliant.
